But it’s more than just achievements. Every milestone brings us closer to our mission: creating a true home for darts in Dublin. A place where beginners can learn, champions can challenge themselves, and everyone can connect over the love of the game. Through leagues, events, and social gatherings, we’re building a space where darts isn’t just a sport—it’s a community.

Ross O'Brien

Head of Youth Development & Director

Ross drives the Dublin Darts Club’s youth programs, turning potential into performance. As a County A player with multiple championship titles, he brings elite experience to coaching and mentoring. Ross is dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where young players build confidence, sharpen their skills, and reach their full potential.

Dublin Men’s Manager & Events Coordinator

Geoff is a cornerstone of Dublin darts and a co-founder of the Dublin Darts Club. As Secretary of the DCDO and Men’s A-Team Manager, he oversees county-level operations and the sport’s local growth. A respected player with numerous titles, Geoff combines administrative leadership with elite experience to ensure the continued progress of the game.

Events Organiser

Stephen is a driving force for Dublin darts, serving as a key events organiser for both the DCDO and Dublin Darts Club. Renowned for creating a welcoming atmosphere, he is committed to developing the game for everyone involved. Stephen works across the youth, men’s, and ladies’ sections, providing the energy and leadership needed to strengthen the darts community and ensure its continued growth.

Ryan Maher

Operations Manager & Youth Development Coach

Ryan brings extensive youth-level experience, having won multiple INDO All-Ireland and Leinster Championships with Dublin. As Youth A Manager and Operations Manager for Dublin Darts Club, he is dedicated to developing the next generation. Through hands-on coaching and mentorship, Ryan helps young athletes build the skills and confidence needed for long-term success.

Dublin Youth Manager & Youth Development Coach

Glenn offers a wealth of national and international experience as a respected County A-team player. A former County A-team manager, he led his side to victory in the 2025 Woodpecker Youth Invitational Cup. Glenn now channels this elite insight into coaching, helping players build strong technique and a winning mindset for continued success.

Phil Forte

Youth Development Coach

Phil is a core member of our development team, guiding players from youth through to senior darts. He led the Dublin County Youth Development Team to victory in the 2026 Leinster Championship Shield. Phil focuses on equipping players with the structure and confidence needed to transition smoothly into competitive men’s and women’s leagues.

John Seagrave

Youth Development Coach

John is an accomplished player known for his focus and competitive mindset. A decorated youth competitor, he earned multiple INDO All-Ireland and Leinster titles with Dublin. Now competing at senior level, John brings discipline and elite experience to our coaching team, helping young players develop the strong fundamentals and winning mentality needed to succeed in the sport.

Karl Clarke

Youth Development Coach

Karl is an established county player and 2023 All-Ireland Team Event winner. With multiple B All-Ireland titles, he plays a key role in mentoring youth players and mapping their pathways to success. Karl also manages senior development clubs in the Premier Darts leagues, using his strategic leadership to strengthen player progression at the highest local level.

Marc Brennan

Youth Development Coach

Marc is Dublin’s #1 ranked senior player for the 2026 season and a 2023 All-Ireland Team Event winner. A regular on the county team since his youth days, he now serves as a core member of the club’s development team. Marc actively mentors the next generation, sharing his elite-level consistency to help shape the future of Dublin darts.

Academy Development Coach

Abbie plays a key role as both a coach and a Dublin County Women’s player, setting an excellent example on and off the oche. She is passionate about teaching the fundamentals of darts while building confidence and focus in young players. Abbie’s high-level competitive experience and supportive coaching style ensure an engaging environment that inspires the next generation.

Founded by County Youth Officer Ross O’Brien, our club provides a structured, inclusive pathway for players of all abilities. From beginners to elite senior teams, we foster a safe, diverse environment where every young person is encouraged to develop both on and off the oche.
